Throughout the year, Cavehill Tennis Club enter teams into the Belfast and District (B&D) Leagues, enabling members to compete against players from other local clubs.
The following is a list of the competitions along with an approximate time of year that they are played:
Singles League (Men/Women) March-April
Mixed League (Mixed) April-June
Evergreens (Aged 40+ Men/Women) April-June
Summer League (Mixed) July-August
Knockout Cup (Men/Women) September
Autumn League (Men/Women) October-December
Floodlit League (Mixed) December-January
Winter League (Men/Women) December-February
Before the club enters a league, the match secretary will ask members via e-mail if they wish to be considered for selection. The selection committee will then determine which players will play in the teams.
